About

Rinaldo Marasco is a Swiss-Italian multidisciplinary artist working across drawing, sculpture and other visual forms.

His work explores perception, symbolic memory and organic structures through layered compositions that evolve between immediate impact and progressive discovery.

At first glance, his works often appear through a unified form, a colour or a visual tension. As the gaze remains, they gradually reveal interconnected details, autonomous fragments and internal narratives that invite multiple levels of interpretation.

His compositions emerge through progressive and accumulative processes, without preliminary drawing or predetermined structure. Forms appear, connect and gradually reveal their own internal logic.

Developed through distinct bodies of work including Territories, Origins, Fantasmagoria and Precious Nature, Marasco’s practice investigates the shifting boundary between instinctive perception and constructed imagination.

He lives and works in Switzerland.
